Having a cozy cabin in the mountains has been a longtime dream, and I still pinch myself that it’s now a reality. Originally from Texas, I traded the wide-open plains for the breathtaking mountaintops of Colorado—and I’ve never looked back!

 

With a background in administration, I stepped away from the office to stay home and homeschool our kids. That flexibility allows me to respond quickly and personally to guests who stay at our cabin when we’re not there. I feel incredibly grateful to spend so much time with my family in a place we love, while also helping others create unforgettable memories in our home away from home.

 

One of our family’s core values is simple but powerful: “Make Memories—things fade away, but memories last forever.” That heart is woven into everything we’ve created at the cabin. My favorite thing about living in Colorado? Getting into the mountains, hands down. Every season brings something new—skiing fresh powder, hiking alpine trails, whitewater rafting, leaf-peeping, or even cold plunging in a river. This is home, and I truly believe you’ll feel that way too when you visit.
