House Info & Rules Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: Before 10:00 AM 6 Guests maximum Pets are allowed Quiet hours: 10 PM- 8 AM RULES + Reserving guest must be 21 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. + No parties or events + No smoking of any kind allowed in the cabin + No illegal substances allowed on the property + Due to county restrictions on short term rentals, no outdoor fires are permitted + Up to two house trained dogs welcome (please ask about our pets policy) + Please review information sent via email after booking to ensure for a great stay! HOT TUB + Maximum of 6 guests may use the hot tub at any given time. + The bromine floater must stay in the hot tub to maintain the pH balance. Please do not remove it. + Please rinse in the shower prior to entering the hot tub to ensure a clean hot tub. + If the hot tub requires a drain and refill due to excessive dirt, broken glass or products not suitable for hot tubs, guests are responsible for the $100 fee. ELEVATION NOTICE Our cabin is located at 10,000 feet. 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are a must in winter and rough weather conditions to access the property safely. (It can snow from September to May, so please anticipate snow/ice melt on the ground late fall to almost start of summer) We cannot be held responsible for vehicles getting stuck or facing difficulties reaching the cabin. There are 4 switchbacks up the mountain. Take it easy on your first few drives and before you know it, you will be a total mountain pro. Thank you for your understanding! NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE + Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.

CANCANCELLATIONS A full refund will be provided for 24 hours after booking has been accepted, if booking is requested at least 7 days before check-in. 50% refund will be provided 30 days before check-in. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. PAYMENT + FEES We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: $165 Optional Pet Fee: $75 for up to two house trained dogs Processing Fee: 4% Security Deposit: A $500 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. TRAVEL INSURANCE I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation.
